उत्तर प्रदेश को एक globally competitive manufacturing और services hub बनाने की दिशा में बड़ा कदम उठाते हुए मुख्यमंत्री Yogi Adityanath ने Singapore के प्रतिष्ठित Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Headquarters और ITE College Central का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने ITE Education Services (ITEES) के साथ Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) में सहयोग, curriculum alignment और knowledge sharing पर विस्तृत चर्चा की।

यह पहल aviation, logistics, advanced manufacturing और data centre operations जैसे high growth sectors में skill ecosystem को मजबूत करने के उद्देश्य से की गई है, ताकि Uttar Pradesh की workforce readiness को international standards के अनुरूप तैयार किया जा सके।

ITE Model से सीख Industry Aligned TVET Ecosystem

Singapore का ITE Asia में vocational education का benchmark माना जाता है। Industry integrated curriculum, simulation-based labs, apprenticeship pathways और strong employer linkages इसके प्रमुख स्तंभ हैं। ITE Education Services (ITEES) इसी मॉडल को वैश्विक साझेदारों के साथ साझा करता है, जिससे training frameworks को local industry requirements के अनुसार customize किया जा सके।

ITEES के साथ knowledge sharing से competency-based modules विकसित किए जा सकते हैं, जिनमें hands on simulation training, safety compliance और international quality benchmarks शामिल होंगे। इससे regional airports और logistics corridors के लिए industry ready technicians तैयार किए जा सकेंगे।

Logistics sector में cold chain management, port connectivity integration और digital inventory systems जैसे क्षेत्रों में structured TVET programs निवेश आकर्षित करने में सहायक हो सकते हैं।

Advanced Manufacturing और Data Centre Operations के साथ Future Ready Skills

Uttar Pradesh defence corridor, electronics manufacturing clusters और semiconductor linked supply chains के विकास पर जोर दे रहा है। Advanced manufacturing में CNC machining, automation systems, quality control analytics और smart factory management जैसे कौशल अनिवार्य हो चुके हैं।

ITE मॉडल से प्रेरित dual training approach, जहाँ classroom learning और on the job training का संतुलन होता है, अब UP के industrial clusters के लिए प्रभावी साबित हो सकता है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने ITEES टीम को अवगत कराया कि राज्य प्रत्येक जिले में Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Employment and Industrial Zones स्थापित करने की प्रक्रिया में है। यह initiative localized industrialization और employment generation को बढ़ावा देने का व्यापक प्रयास है।

इन industrial zones में MSMEs, manufacturing units और service enterprises को आकर्षित करने के लिए skill training infrastructure को district level पर मजबूत करना होगा। Singapore के ITE मॉडल के अनुरूप skill hubs और training centres स्थापित किए जा सकते हैं, जो industry demand के अनुसार customized programs प्रदान करें।

Capacity building, trainer upskilling और curriculum modernization इस initiative के प्रमुख घटक होंगे। यदि यह framework प्रभावी रूप से लागू होता है, तो UP के हर जिले में employment ecosystem को structured support मिल सकता है।

Workforce Readiness और Demographic Dividend
