Air Pollution को लेकर केंद्र सरकार की strategy अब review से आगे बढ़कर strict execution और accountability के phase में प्रवेश कर रही है। Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav ने Rohtak, Manesar, Panipat और Karnal के Air Pollution Action Plans की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए साफ संकेत दिया कि अब compliance gaps और weak implementation को स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। बैठक में industrial compliance, waste management और real time air quality monitoring के विस्तार पर विशेष जोर दिया गया, जिससे urban और industrial clusters में प्रदूषण नियंत्रण को measurable और outcome oriented बनाया जा सके।

Haryana के Industrial Towns पर विशेष फोकस

Rohtak, Manesar, Panipat और Karnal शहर Haryana के ऐसे zones हैं जहां rapid urbanisation और industrial activity ने air quality को लगातार चुनौती दी है। Review के दौरान Minister ने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि pollution control strategies को “one size fits all” approach से बाहर निकालकर local emission profiles के अनुसार tailor किया जाना चाहिए। Industrial emissions, vehicular load, construction dust और waste burning को integrated framework में address करने की जरूरत बताई गई।
