भारत की Armed Forces जिस तेज़ी से modern और technology driven हो रही है, उसमें secure, reliable और integrated communication systems की भूमिका निर्णायक बन चुकी है। इसी रणनीतिक आवश्यकता को ध्यान में रखते हुए Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow में Joint Communication Procedure Course (Serial 05) का सफल आयोजन किया गया। यह course 5 से 17 January 2026 तक चला, जिसमें Indian Army, Indian Navy और Indian Air Force के officers और instructors ने एक साथ भाग लिया। यह पहल भारत की Tri-Services integration और network centric operations को मजबूती देने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम मानी जा रही है।

Network Centricity पर विशेष फोकस
आज के दौर में warfare केवल weapons और manpower तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि information dominance और real time data sharing इसका केंद्र बन चुके हैं। Course के दौरान network centricity को core theme के रूप में रखा गया, जहां sensors, shooters और decision makers को एक integrated communication network से जोड़ने पर जोर दिया गया। Officers को यह सिखाया गया कि कैसे seamless communication joint operations में speed, accuracy और situational awareness को कई गुना बढ़ा देती है।

Course के दौरान current era conflicts के examples के जरिए यह बताया गया कि modern warfare में cyber domain, space-based communication और electronic warfare कितनी महत्वपूर्ण हो चुकी हैं। Communication breakdown आज केवल tactical failure नहीं, बल्कि strategic setback भी बन सकता है। इसी संदर्भ में joint communication procedures को standardize करने की आवश्यकता पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।
Lt Gen Praveen Bakshi का मार्गदर्शन
Course के समापन चरण में Praveen Bakshi, VSM ने course participants से संवाद किया। उन्होंने current era conflicts में Joint Communication Procedures (JCP) के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए कहा कि future wars multi domain होंगी, जहां land, sea, air, cyber और space domains एक-दूसरे से गहराई से जुड़े होंगे। ऐसे में effective communication ही operational success की backbone बनेगी।
Operational Readiness और Strategic Impact
Lt Gen Bakshi ने यह भी बताया कि JCP केवल technical concept नहीं, बल्कि command and control effectiveness का आधार है। Clear, secure और timely communication commanders को better decision making में मदद करती है और forces की operational readiness को मजबूत बनाती है। उनका संदेश स्पष्ट था कि communication superiority ही future conflicts में decisive advantage देगी।
MCTE की भूमिका और विरासत
